Services Provided
SparkiCreative offers branding, website development, automation systems, media campaigns, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual agreements or scopes of work. Any work required beyond the deliverables of packages require a quote e.g. forms, booking systems, and more.

Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and materials created by SparkiCreative remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, rights may be transferred as outlined in the client agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms
All projects require either a deposit or payment in full before work begins, unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur fees and delay delivery. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but retain discretion over how time and resources are allocated.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may result in extended timelines or additional fees.

Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive client data or information shared with us will be kept private and not disclosed without consent, unless legally required.

Limitation of Liability
SparkiCreative is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from digital campaigns or platform algorithms.

Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party services (e.g. hosting, scheduling, analytics, automation platforms) as part of our work. While we aim for best-in-class tools, we are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues caused by these external platforms. We also are not responsible for the costs of customer-owned tools.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
